Ingredients:


4-6 portions of fresh ramen noodles

6 cups of chicken or pork broth

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp mirin

1 tbsp sake

1 tsp salt

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 inch piece of ginger, grated

2 green onions, sliced

4 oz sliced pork belly or chicken breast

1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms

1 cup sliced bok choy

2 boiled eggs, sliced

Nori (dried seaweed), cut into squares

Instructions:


In a large pot, bring the broth to a boil. Add the soy sauce, mirin, sake, salt, garlic, ginger, and green onions. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
